The West Aurora High School Parent-Teacher-Student (PTSO) Organization works for WAHS students and teachers. As a 501(c)3 organization, PTSO donations and membership fees are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

Scholarship Application Deadline FEBRUARY 3, 2020

Students have until Monday, Feb. 3 to submit their completed scholarship essay to WAHS for the Parent Organization Scholarship. To qualify for the scholarship, a student must have a minimum 2.5 gpa and someone in their family needs to be a PTSO member. Candidates must complete a 1,000-word composition following the guidelines. 

Last year, PTSO awarded three scholarships to seniors: one $1,500 award to Brian Runge and two $1,000 awards, to Keva Tomas and Benjamin Cuga.
